When experienced Charter skippers from Melbourne wanted to catch Bluefin Tuna they booked Sharkmen to take them out.
Over 500 Tuna were caught by SHARKMEN customers last season,

Tuna over 100kg can be caught during the early season run this year we will be there to catch the first fish in March. Bookings available now in the new boat.
The West Coast can at times be rough so trips may be re booked due to bad weather, however we have an exceptional large boat that is in 2C survey.

Wayne is a MASTER 5 skipper and the boat is one of only a few that are fully licensed to travel up to 30 Miles offshore at Portland.
You can be assured you are in safe hands.
There are many boats operating from Portland that are not licensed or have a Master 5 Skipper on board. If anything happens there would be NO Insurance cover if anyone is injured. Sharkmen have all the qualifications and are fully insured for your peace of mind, DON'T RISK IT!

*Trips are up to 8 Hours in duration however they may be cut short due to weather conditions.
Also due to bag limit restrictions once you have reached the limit and we are unable to Tag & Release the fish due to size or weather comditions we will head in.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
We supply all the tackle required including Shimano Lever Drag reels, Wilson Live Fibre custom rods. Belts, Harneses and lures are also included.
You can use your own tackle after it has been checked by our skipper. All you need to bring is Hat, Sunglasses, Sunscreen, Wet Weather Clothing, Food, Drinks and sea sickness tablets if required.
